Meet The Founder

Iman Nadiiyah Hanif is a proud Oakland native with deep roots in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her journey into the beauty and wellness industry is marked by passion, perseverance, and a commitment to empowering others through self-care and education.

Iman’s interest in beauty began early, influenced by her father, a skilled beautician. Inspired by his craft, she enrolled in cosmetology school in 2000, but life took an unexpected turn when her daughter was born prematurely. Putting her studies on hold, Iman pivoted to the medical field, where she gained over 23 years of experience. Despite her success in healthcare, her passion for beauty never waned.

In 2019, Iman decided to pursue her dream and became a licensed skin therapist, combining her love for beauty with her medical knowledge. This led to the founding of Resilient Beauty Essentials Spa, where she helps clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while providing a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Understanding the importance of continuous education, Iman also established the Resilient Beauty Essentials Advanced Training Academy. The academy is dedicated to training the next generation of skincare professionals, barbers, and cosmetologists, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the beauty industry.

Now a multifaceted entrepreneur, Iman has solidified her place in the Bay Area’s beauty and wellness scene. She is passionate about helping others not only look good but feel empowered to be their best selves. Whether through her spa services or educational programs, Iman’s mission is to inspire confidence and resilience in everyone she meets.
